Product Description
This high-tech product is designed for Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, and Audi systems based on the MQB platform (newer models) or PQ platform (older models) from 2013 onwards. It is intended for vehicles equipped with a screen and no parking camera.
Important Note:
**If your car already has an original camera, this product cannot be used, as it does not replace the original camera.
**It only supports OEM harnesses and monitors that were originally installed in the car during production.
Each time the camera is physically connected to the radio, the built-in encoder will automatically activate the radio’s backup camera function. If encoding does not succeed on the first attempt, simply disconnect and reconnect the camera to retry.
Note:
If you have installed a similar product before and your radio is in a non-original state, you will need to restore the radio to its default coding using an OBD tool.
The camera receives commands from the car’s CANBUS system to control the on/off functionality and dynamic parking line movement.
Camera Options:
Various camera options are available for different car models, with compatibility determined by installation dimensions, such as:

All options use the same electronic hardware and software system, differing only in appearance and dimensions.
The camera will automatically detect the monitor type (Audi, VW, or Skoda) and optimize the image quality for your original monitor. In other words, when the same camera is installed on cars from different brands, the displayed images may vary depending on the brand and monitor type.
The camera lens is designed with a fisheye effect by default, offering a wide-angle view.

It can’t work with any RCD330 or RCD510 Radio.

If you prefer not to replace the original car handle or license plate light, you can choose this universal camera instead.
The default color is black, and it features a metal shell for durability.
It is designed for installation on a horizontal surface. To install, use a screwdriver to create a small hole (6mm in diameter) near the handle.

Installation Recommendation:
We recommend disassembling the radio and testing the functionality before proceeding with the installation. Only install the wiring/cable after confirming the test results are satisfactory.
****During testing, please ensure that all doors and the trunk are closed, as the camera will not start otherwise (system safety requirement).****

Known Issues :
*Audi A3 2020/2021 and VW Golf 8 (2020/2021 or later): These models are based on the new VW system and are not compatible.
*Volkswagen Touran 2015+: Not compatible.
*Audi A3 8V (2014+): Works in Europe except for Sportback MJ2016 models. It may not work for A3 8V 2015 in other regions unless specific code jobs are done.
*Audi Q2 2017+: May not work well in some European countries.
*Audi A4: May require two operations of the reversing gear to display the reverse image properly.
*Audi A6L, A7, A8, Q8: These models are based on the new MLB platform and are not compatible.
*Any Audi S3: Not compatible.
The Skoda Octavia model is highlighted.
While some customers have reported that the camera does not work, others in different countries have confirmed that it does. Although the radio may appear the same, it could have a different version number, and we do not have detailed data at this time.
If you are willing to try or can encode the system yourself, you can proceed with the purchase. Otherwise, we recommend not purchasing it.
For the Skoda Octavia, the rear trunk switch is similar to Camera A, but its dimensions are 92mm by 35mm. Camera E is the correct fit—please double-check before purchasing.
