How to use the sharpening system Y2
1.Unscrew the fixed screw, open the adjustment system, then lock it.
2.Open the knife holder system.
3.Insert the sharpening bar into the support arm and tighten, And tighten the screw II.
4.Pull apart spring diamond stone holder and insert the appropriate sharpening stone as needed (there are 3 types of diamond stone 320# 800# 2000# can be selected), then lock the screws I.
5.Place the knife in the holder and use the allen wrench to tighten the screws III.
6.Adjust the sharpening angle by adjusting the screws and nuts.
