  2. If the bulbs are flicking and shut off immediately after installation, it is not bulbs' problem. You need to check the ballast and current. Our bulbs need 35W A/C ballast and at least 30A current. Sometimes, you need to purchase relay harness and change fuse to provide enough current for illuminating.

  3. The bulb will be tested again before shipment. This may result in insufficient xenon combustion and cloudly inside. This does not affect use. The cloudly will disappear after burning for more than 30 seconds.

  4. Our product have 1 year warranty, If there have any questions after you receive the lamp, feel free to contact us.We are willing to help you solve it.
