The VP11 directly plugs into your vehicle's OBDII port and connects to an OBD II App on your Android device via Bluetooth. Whenever you have a check engine light on or want to see how your vehicle is performing, this little gadget will help you better understand your vehicle.
Note:
1. The device requires a compatible third party App or software to work (some are free and some are paid). We usually recommend Car Scanner (free), Torque Pro, OBD Fusion, which are available in Google Play Store.
2. It only works with Android and Windows devices. Apple iOS devices are NOT supported. See our OBDCheck BLE if you use an iPhone or iPad. Android head units are also NOT recommended.
3. As long as the Veepeak device is paired via Bluetooth (sometimes it shows under paired or previously connected devices), you can just start the app to connect. It may not show as connected on some Android phones, but it's actually connected.
