We recommend that you use our hardwired cable JYX05 to connect the dash cam to the car battery. Especially when the car is parked, the dash cam can continue to work to protect it.

Q1: Do I need to buy SD card to use this dash cam? What size SD card is recommended?

Yes, you need to purchase extra memory card to use the dash cam and it supports SD card of 32GB-128GB. U3 Class 10 SD card is recommended if you need to buy a new one, or just purchase AZDOME 128GB SD card which is the most fit.
