When you connect the "USB to TypeC" cable, the green light turn on, short press the red button, the green light not turn red, the green light also not to be flashed, if you hear a beep it means the cartridge has been resetted.
If you don't hear the beep, after ten seconds, please reinstall the cartridge into your car and check if it has been work properly in the system.
If not, please contact us to request a software reset.

If your Ambient Air cartridge has been in use for over a year
And it fails to be recognized as in a normal state by your car system after activation with our device, it means that the chip in your Ambient Aircartridge has expired.
Don’t worry, we will help you resolve this issue. Please follow the steps below:
Firstly, please provide your email address to our customer service representative, and we will send you the software installation package for computer activation.
Tools needed: Laptop or computer, USB to Type-C power cable
How to use:
1. First, remove the cover of the cartridge and slide it from right to left into the activator.
2. Next, connect the activator and the computer using a USB to Type-C data cable. (The above steps must be completed before connecting the data cable.)
3. Open the software, and the status at the bottom of the dialog box should display “USB Online.” (The software can only be opened after completing the above steps. If the status shows “Offline,” you may be using a charging cable. Please replace it with a data cable, close the software, and reopen it.)
4. Click “Read” to retrieve the cartridge model.
5. Select a new date at “Date” and choose the “NO.” model obtained in the previous step.
Finally, click “Write” to successfully reactivate it.
