This is one of our most popular controls and fits almost any rotary tool with a 3/4-12 thread, (rotary tool not included in package). The tungsten steel grinder is designed with professional 3D CAD, made of T-6061 aluminum alloy, CNC precision machined, durable and easy to use!
Tungsten electrode sharpener comes with 4 brass tungsten guide screws: 0.04" (10°), 1/16" (15°), 3/32" (20°) and 1/8" (22.5°) ( 1 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm). Guide rails ensure concentricity and multiple offsets. Improve grinding wheel utilization. When grinding, you can swap the positions of the copper screws to get your desired tungsten needle angle.
There are four inclined holes available for use on the tungsten steel grinding tool. 22.5°, 20°, 15° and 10° (45°, 40°, 30°, 20° tip angle respectively). Precise control allows the upgraded grinding tool to grind a more perfect tungsten tip angle. All holes are designed to use the same height diamond grinding wheel. No need to repeatedly set the height, it is easy to align the diamond grinding wheel with the 2mm slit. The open design makes grinding wheel installation easier.
The tungsten steel edge sharpener adds tungsten steel cut-off processing. When the tungsten wire you use is worn or contaminated, you can use the cut-off to cut it for reuse. Our upgraded brass rails and mandrels are forged to CNC with greater precision and will last longer.
