1、Please confirm the parcel after ensuring that the goods are undamaged and in good condition before signing. If there are any issues, contact customer service and provide photos.
2、Upon receiving the goods, do not open the plastic bag. Check for any missing parts. If there are any, shoot a video or take photos, provide evidence showing the parts were missing upon factory delivery, and contact us. We will assist you. If you have already assembled the product before contacting us, we will not accept it.
3、If some parts fall off inside the bag, it will not affect installation.

We will use cardboard or bubble wrap for packaging based on the actual situation of the product. Depending on the packaging requirements, we may use corner protectors, bubble columns, bubble film, cushioning bubbles, etc., to ensure that the product is protected from compression.
For items with the original packaging box, we will add an extra layer of packaging. For items without the original packaging box, we will use a shipping box or bubble wrap for packaging.
